Steven Hoffrogge was appointed Crestline's Chief Executive Officer in May, 2013. Steven comes to Crestline with over 25 years of global industrial manufacturing experience, with a strong background in business and corporate development. Most recently, Steven was Senior Vice President – Business Development for SMTC Manufacturing Corporation, a global provider of product development and advanced manufacturing services, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Steven holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. |
William Sutherland joined Crestline in November 2012 as the Interim VP of Operations. William is a Principal at Kensington Capital Partners Limited. Prior to joining Kensington, William worked as an Associate in the Global Investment Banking division of RBC Capital Markets in both the Energy Group in Calgary, and also as a member of the RBC ECM Generalist program. William spent two years with M&A, sales & trading and equity research groups both in Toronto and New York. William, a professional engineer, also has 7 years of operational, project design and risk management experience with numerous companies including Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, and ran his own engineering consulting firm serving manufacturing and infrastructure clients in the Ontario area. William holds a B.Sc.Eng (both Mechanical and in Aerospace) from Princeton University and an MBA from Queen’s University. |

Scott Sawatsky joined Crestline in 1989. Scott has been successful in several positions at Crestline including materials, medical equipment sales, customer service, and Bus Division Leader. In 2010, Scott became Ambulance Division Manager and currently holds the title Director of Sales, Service & Marketing. In addition to a Commerce Degree in Marketing, Scott has completed several courses in leadership and sales management. |
Nicole Nickel has been with Crestline since 1995. She joined the company after completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, with majors in Finance and General Business. Nicole spent 12 years working in the Human Resources department then seven years as the Executive Administrator and is currently Human Resources Manager. |

Robert Cremers has been with Crestline as Accounting Manager since 2007. Robert holds a CGA accounting designation and a Business Administration diploma from Mount Royal College. Robert oversees the Accounting and IT services. |
